James helped fix my boiler during the holiday period, for which I'm forever grateful. I didn't realise it didn't have to make a noise either, so now works perfectly and as it should. He is helpful, knowledgeable, communicative and very reasonable too. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service from initial survey to completion of installation! Quote very concise and covered all required work. Job started at 0730 am as promised and James and Gavin worked non stop and finished at approx 1530 having completed job but also carrying out a powerflush to completely clear out system! James then called round after 10 days to carry out a final inspection and confirm our satisfaction before sending invoice. I would happily recommend to others

James turned up to carry out his survey when he said he would, he and colleague arrived on the appointed day, they were very pleasant and replaced our boiler with a Hounsfield boiler externally ( the boiler is manufactured in Needham Market, nice to support local business). Fully expecting the to take two days they completed it in one. They removed all old materials and cleared up. James returned at the end of the week and carried out final commissioning and certification. Overall very pleased with the service and would recommend them.
